TWT shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use, wear, or misuse of our products.

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item purchased, to the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law.

We do not accept responsibility for damage caused by improper use, incorrect sizing selection, normal wear and tear, failure to follow care instructions, or misuse of products after delivery.

Customers are responsible for reviewing sizing guides and product descriptions before purchase.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under Australian Consumer Law where such rights cannot legally be excluded.
