Shipping Address

TWT is not responsible for lost parcels, delays, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.


Tracking

Lost or Damaged Parcels


TWT is not liable for parcels lost, stolen, or damaged during transit once handed over to the shipping provider.


If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order details so we can assist where possible.
