Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange, all items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition
- Free from any scents (including perfume, deodorant, smoke, or washing powder)
- Free from pet hair, human hair, makeup, fake tan, or any marks
- Returned with original tags and packaging where applicable
Items that are returned showing signs of wear, damage, stains, scent, or hygiene concerns will not be accepted and no refund, exchange, or store credit will be issued.
Refunds
Refunds will only be approved once the returned item has been received and inspected by our team.
If your return does not meet our policy requirements, the item will be sent back to you at your expense.
Faulty Items
If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos and your order details so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Final Sale Items
Sale items, promotional purchases, and custom-made pieces are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty.
